Goal of the project:
to involve citizens in environmental decision-making, to support their participation by legal tools and to use public pressure for implementation of prepared legislative change opening access to environmental justice.

Main outcomes of the project:
a) elaboration of a proposal of new Civil Procedure and participation in a legislation process with acquired support of at least 1,000 citizens;
b) preparation of a new module related to project outcomes and its publishing at the web section of the Beneficiary First Legal Aid;
c) providing legal help to citizens with participation of:
- at least 35 persons at official procedures,
- at least 30 persons attending consultations,
- at least 60 activists being informed on an on-going basis.
d) spreading information on the project and its outcomes through press releases, media interviews, web pages and an training event.
