Project Summary: Association ZADOBE works with youth at two levels. Firstly works to develop competencies of young people applicable on the labour market (communication and presentation skills, time management, teamwork, etc.). Secondly it focuses on education of socially important values, such as tolerance, multicultural understanding.

Association provides presentations and workshops for secondary schools in the region of Central Slovakia educating on topics of Holocaust , discrimination and intercultural learning .
Supported project aims to expand the scope and quality of the Association's activities in themes of hate speech, extremism, racial hatred. On these topics was focused also study trip of the activist working with Associations to Iceland. Her program was organized by the partner organization Panorama Island. During the week she had the opportunity to meet with representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations active in these issues - The Human Rights department at Reykjavik City Hall , Centre for Human Rights,  Law Institute of the University of Iceland), Cultural Centre " Nordic House " .
ZADOBE will apply gained knowledge further in the field work with youth. An important outcome of the project is the new interactive website of the association www.zadobe.sk bringing the information about above mentioned issues.
