Objective of the project: To develop the volunteerism potential in young people from the region of Nitra and to increase their citizen participation.

The main outputs of the project:

• Implementation of new tools (2) for mapping both the potential and new forms of cooperation of young volunteers in Nitra region (1 innovative method of mapping “snowball sampling” and 1 innovative form of cooperation)
• Involvement of people in activities/events of public participation through organising an innovative event for public with a goal to inform about volunteer activities of young people
• Involvement of new communities (4) in handling the needs and problems of children and young people at local level – new active groups of young people identified and mapped through (i) the implementation of the grant program, (ii) recruitment campaign, and (iii) using of the “snowball sampling” innovative method
• Creating a realistic plan for the further cooperation of young volunteers in the region and including the plan in the foundation’s development strategy
