Main goals and activities of the project: 
The project consists of two main parts. First one is career consulting and trainings for young people from excluded groups,
including young Roma. They will be provided with necessary training and will be introduced to the labour marked. Second part is a film
festival (consisting of 3 one-day festivals) and final conference, focused on related topics – approaches and methodologies of solving of multicultural diversity, hidden prejudices and
discrimination.  

Main results of the project: 
- 15 young people trained (mainly Roma)
- 300+ film festivals participants
- 60+ active participants of the final conference
