Main goal of the project: Strengthen and support NGOs  by developing effective online tools for giving with the use of new technologies and to show how online may increase involvement of citizens in decision making processes.

Main planned results: 
- Development of 3 new online tools for giving and institutional development of NGOs.
- Strengthening of  100 NGOs  capacities in fundraising and sustainability.
- Public involvement in the use of new donor mechanisms - 6300 persons in 2014
- Development of 3 web or mobile applications for active citezenship
- Active use of developed applications by at least 5000 people in 2014
