Objective of the project: By helping to improve their performance at school, the goal of the project is to extend the opportunities of children and youth from excluded Roma communities to have a free choice of life path and a better chance of inclusion in society.

The main outputs of the project:

• Increasing the readiness of children from socially disadvantaged environment to go to school (12 children from a pre-school club)
• Improved performance of children at school (70 children included in a tutoring program)
• Increased motivation of children and youth to study at high school (20 clients included in the program of career counselling)
• Improved family support to education (30 families included in project activities)
• Educators will be better prepared, competent and motivated to fulfil the individual needs of children (20 educators participating in 3 training courses)
• Introducing elements of inclusive education in the educational process at elementary schools (3 schools involved)
• Development of competencies of future professionals for their work with children and youth from socially disadvantaged environments (25 involved volunteers; 5 educational seminars for volunteers;)
• Improved cooperation of the school with families and community centres (3 activities implemented together)
