Objective of the project: The goal of the project is to support healthy social-personal development of children and young people at risk and to improve their life skills with an aim to help them to handle difficult life situations through intervention, prevention, and field activities.

The main outputs of the project:

• Involving disadvantaged children and young people in the implementation of project activities (25 involved children and young people)
• Involving mothers of disadvantaged children and young people in the implementation of project activities (10 mothers involved)
• Involving new communities (an increase in number of localities) in providing service to children and youth at risk and to their families (1 new community)
• Increasing the accessibility of social services and project activities for the target group of children and youth at risk in the new locality, including Roma (10 involved children and young people)
• Increasing the accessibility of social services and project activities for the mothers of children and youth at risk, including Roma (5 involved mothers)
• Education of employees (social workers) in the field of improving the quality of work with children/youth at risk and their families, including Roma (2 people involved in education, 50 hours of education)
• Increasing the awareness of and the amount of discussions about field work with children/youth at risk and their families via expert seminars (3 seminars)
